Clean Regularly
Remove the stainless-steel bowl
and wash it with warm, soapy water after each refill. For a deeper
clean, it’s dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended).
Wipe the Exterior
Use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean the outer surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges to protect the finish.
Keep It Dry
Always ensure the food container and dispensing chute are fully dry before adding new kibble to prevent clogging or mold.
Avoid Immersing Electronics
Do not submerge the main body in water. Wipe only with a slightly damp cloth, then dry immediately.
Power Safety
When cleaning or moving the feeder, unplug it from the power source or remove batteries to ensure safety.
Storage
If not in use for an extended period, empty all food, clean the feeder, and store it in a cool, dry place.
