What kind of food can I use?

The CatoVita™ Smart Feeder is designed for dry kibble of standard size (about 0.07-0.6inch/2–15mm). Wet food is not recommended to keep the system clean and consistent.

How do I clean the feeder?

The stainless-steel bowl and food container are easily removable and dishwasher-safe. Wipe the main body with a soft, damp cloth.

What if electricity goes down?

There is a place to install 3 alkaline D size batteries (not included) for backup, so you don't have to worry about your furry friend if it happens!

Is it suitable for dogs?

Absolutely! You can have the same comfortable life with dogs as well :)
